Spacious modern apartment. The host lady was very kind and friendly

The shower was leaking and the water did not evaporate from the floor. We had a very unpleasant communication with the manager. At arrival I was asked to send a copy of my ID. I found this request unusual and inquired about it. They replied that it was due to the "war-time", "same rules for all hotels". My reaction was that: 1) They are not a hotel; 2) I stayed in many different accomodations throughout Ukraine after the start of full-blown invasion and none of them demanded a copy of my ID, and 3) I have no problem showing it to the host lady to verify my identity, but prefer not leaving a copy for them. After that some lady, who introduced herself as Maryana, the manager of this property, called me and started blatantly insulting me saying that "how does she know that I am not a (russian) collaborator" and that I "probably stayed in some illegal hotels all these times". After which she said: "My house — my rules" (still failing to show them to us) and threatened to kick us out of the aparment if she does not get a copy of my ID. This left us with very little choice, so we decided not to escalate further; especially since it was my birthday
