Het was erg centraal en alles was in de buurt veel ook op loopafstand de kinderen konden in de buurt van alles krijgen voor ieder wat wils qua eettentjes supermarkt ook op loopafstand. Het appartement was ook van alle faciliteiten voorzien.De gastvrouw was ook top!goed geholpen

Ik moest even zoeken voor het adres maar de gastvrouw heeft ons locatie gestuurd mochten zelfs eerder inchecken

The check-in process was disorganized and confusing. Upon arrival, there was no one at security available to assist us promptly. The guard couldn't find our reservation. Coincidentally, a woman sitting next to him, who mentioned she wasn’t feeling well, overheard me mention the name “Beth” as our contact. She then said she was the manager or owner of the apartment. Without her presence, our reservation likely wouldn’t have been found. She claimed she hadn’t received any confirmation of our booking, even though we had already paid through Booking.com. She explained this was because we booked on the same day. I had also messaged Beth directly, but received no response. Eventually, we were allowed into the apartment, although it was a bit uncomfortable that her husband was still inside and there was some cleaning going on—it felt like he might have been staying there. After a long journey, we were just glad to have a place to sleep. Unfortunately, the shower was very disappointing: the water pressure was extremely low and the water was cold. After a full day of traveling, a proper shower for me and my family would have made a big difference. For the price of €124, I expected at least a proper welcome. The customer service was, in my opinion, below standard. In short: we were able to stay, but the arrival experience and facilities definitely need improvement.
