Spacious, great location, comfortable beds.

If I have to say something I would say paying extra for linen and towels at the property (something that you would expect when you book accomodation).

The apartment is big and we enjoyed having that space. The sofa is comfortable and the shower is great.

There was a misunderstanding about arrival. I thought we would be greeted there (as it said on my booking information) but there was a keybox. I only had WhatsApp if I had wifi and I hadn't received the instructions in time. The kitchen is old, no microwave and no coffee machine as such, just an Italian coffee maker for one. Not ideal. No wine glasses either.

Location, facilities, main bedroom

We booked a 2 BR apartment, only 1BR unlocked on arrival, owner returned to unlocked and provided linen for me to makeup my own bed. The bed in this room was most uncomfortable, with camp stretcher type base. It is not suitable for an adult to sleep comfortably. Hence this apartment should be advertised as 1BR shared bed and 1BR suitable for a child

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was also lovely having several terraces.

There was some construction works next door which made it a little noisy.

A beautiful, spacious apartment in an excellent location. We were on a motorbike tour and stayed for 2 nights, it was fantastic to be able to get some of our laundry done!

We loved everything, nothing to dislike

The hosts were so caring, accessible and helpful! The apartment was beautiful and situated in the heart of the city. We chose to take a taxi to and from the apartment rather than haul our rollers through the 15 minute walk to and from the train station. We did walk it when we were without luggage easily and it was a nice walk through an area full of stores and restaurants and very safe. Mostly a pedestrian area. The apartment was spacious, nicely furnished and had AC and a washing machine. Drying was done via a clothesline off the balcony and was very efficient. Pretty quiet despite being near a commercial area. The hosts were really helpful answering our questions and offering insights to the area. We enjoyed La Spezia more than Cinque Terre- not crowded as much, great restaurants, lovely park and marina area nearby.

Not really a mark against this apartment but electricity use in Italy- We lost power a couple of times- but it was due to too much energy being used at once- we had AC on and were doing washing machine at same time and it overwhelmed the grid. We called our host and he directed my husband as to where the breaker box was and how to reboot it. Easy fix. Just disconcerting. Evidently common in Italy but they know how to balance their usage so it doesn't happen- might be challenging to renters -especially for people visiting who have a different frame of usage!

centrally located and spacious plus comfortable and clean

can’t open windows at night because mosquitoes and no fly screen-also quite a bit of street noise at night parking reported as “public parking available on street “ but you cannot find a spot when you arrive so we ended up paying extortionate rates for private parking and carting our luggage 800 metres they also want cash to pay for linen and occupancy tax which is a bit of a nuisance when you have to obtain it.

The location is amazing, in 2 minutes you will be in the city center. Close access to a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, the market is nearby. The kitchen is well-equipped, the terraces are amazing. It was perfect for us, we really appreciated the size of the apartment, the cleanliness, the host was great. We travelled with a one-year old baby and it was great.

I have no proposals for improvement.

Very fancy furnishings, large apartment close to the best of La Spezia. Hosts were very responsive.

Facilities were okay, street not amazing with lots of parked cars.
