It was a very basic apartment that was comfortable and quiet. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, which was convenient. It's quite small but in a good location that is right on the Via Francigena.

You need to meet the owner a few kms away from the apartment but since we were walking the owner drove us to the apartment.

Great people, great place, comfortable with everything you’d need. Comparable to places for which I’ve paid about twice as much!

The owner met us in the middle of the night and showed us to the flat

The outside temperature was 7 C and there was no heating in the house. It was like staying inside a fridge. I contacted booking.com and the owner on the first night. It took them 4 days to resolve the issue. They brought an electric heater and on the same day, they had an engineer fix the heating. Too little, too late in my opinion. Absolutely no support from booking.com as well. At the end the sent me a "good will" gift of £24 as compensation (ridiculous). The nights were terrible as it was super cold. I can't recommend this place.
