The view and sunset at the property was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The pool was perfect for the kids and property was very low key and quiet. Location was a little under an hour drive to some of the best beaches in northern Sicily. I Would highly recommend visiting the nearby town of Aspra a few times for dinner and Gelato. Very small town but full of flavor and culture. This was a very special place for my family and I!!! I Hope to get back there in the future!

Mosquitoes were a little hungry outside after dark so be prepared with some form of defense

"Excellent sea side holidays"

This villa is excellent for sea side holidays. Stunning see view, particularly during sun sets. Swimming pool and private access to a small, but virtually private beach are superb. Transparent water with big rocks is perfect for diving and snorkelling. The place is also perfect for relaxing swim. It is working distance to nearest village Aspra with lots of excellent sea food restaurants. And it is also easy to get to Palermo from the local train station (about 1.5km walk).

Everything was perfect.

Amazing view , brilliant pool and beautiful garden.Roberto the manager is extremely helpful and polite and does everything he can to accommodate your needs .

The second bedroom is very small and uncomfortable, way too many stairs to access the villa,( definitely not suitable for elderly or people with disability)if you need a cleaning during your stay it coast €50, the owner comes and stays in the villa while the guest are there,the "included" breakfast measured very low,the wi-fi was not working on the last 3 days(some issue in the area) the nearest supermarket is 1.5km so car rental is highly recommended.

"Stunning view"

We adored stunning view. Sounds of the sea were amazing. We would definite get back there if we will come again to Sicily one day. The host was helpful and responsive. All the instructions were nice and clear. What I really appreciate 👍 The villa was ready for us even if we book completely last minute. As an information for future tenants: - there are many stairs - to the villa and inside as well - the parking gate is quite narrow so keep it in mind as you rent a car. We have had a Cupra and it was perfectly fine.
