Beautiful grounds and setting. Secure parking and perimeter. Breakfast amazing, using home grown products. Modern entry systems and USB sockets in rooms are useful. Hot showers and relaxed access to both pool and hot tub. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Property manager/ owner was easily contactable via Whatsapp and provided recommendations for local food and things to do. In conclusion, everything is to like !

Standard attic rooms are quite bright in the morning, despite having blinds closed. AC can only go down to 24degrees, however, this is an Italian regulation for hotels and not the doing of Casale al Foino. Perhaps a quick comment on Booking.com may help explain that the standard rooms are the attic rooms and are generally going to be warmer.

What a hidden gem! The place is so beautiful and charming and been decorated with great taste and eye for detail. Everything new, spotless, clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was also wonderful and presented in a beautiful and tasteful way. Spacious room with comfortable bed and big bathroom.

Grounds are Imaculate Accomodation very clean and of high standard Unfortunate rained most of the time we were there Good trip To Como Top floor but lift available

Very busy town Hard finding places to eat Auto m atic check in which I did not pick up so made things difficult. Lack of comunication with own ers No information Only saw the dog for 2 days

Everything there it’s really nice.

Everything. Particularly Mirabella who move us rooms so my wife had minimum encounters with Buddy the dog (she's really scared of big dogs). That said, Buddy is a very placid old dog.

My wife would say the dog but for me I'd say nothing, everything was great.

It was a beautiful, modern and charming place; great room, big beautiful garden, very clean, everything you need when on holiday! A nice breakfast with selfmade food, the cakes (a different selfmade one every day) are soo good! But the best was the host: always so nice and friendly, she's such a joyfull person. She was the best host I've met so far! She loves helping you with passion. Can only recommend it!

For people who like it to be very dark in the room, it is more difficult to complety darken the room.
