Fare pae tatahi

Naprosto perfektní hostitelé ❤️ Když zjistili, že nemáme půjčené auto, vyzvedli nás v městečku kousek od nich, zavezli nás na nákup a byli se vším nápomocní. Poslední večer nám udělali rozlučkovou barbecue a celkově jsme se tam cítili jako doma, jako součást rodiny… vřele doporučujeme naprosto všem!

Esta es una de esas pocas oportunidades que se te presentan cuando pasas tiempo planificando un viaje especial. Mi pareja y yo queríamos alojarnos en algún sitio auténticamente local, nos encanta la naturaleza y los placeres de la vida sencilla (somos un poco hobbits, pero viajeros). Así que el objetivo en Tahití era alejarnos lo máximo posible de los clásicos hoteles polinesios de turisteo (buffet libre, líneas de cabañas idénticas entre sí sobre el mar y gentío con espectáculos preprogramados). Lo que Poe y Manu te ofrecen aquí es su proyecto hecho con mucho cariño e ilusión (una Fare o cabaña justo frente a la playa tal y como se muestran en las fotos), y lo que es más importante, todo el calor familiar que a veces necesitas cuando estás a 16.000km de casa. Gracias por vuestra atención y tiempo esos dos días breves, pero intensos! Con tormenta incluida! 🍻😉🥰

Tout ! Dépaysement total, un sentiment de liberté et de vivre au cœur de la nature. La presqu’île sauvage, nos échanges avec nos hôtes et leurs enfants. MANU, Poe, ne changez rien à votre philosophie de vie et protégez votre petit coin de paradis.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits au top chez Manu et Poe ! Nous avons adoré l'endroit, l'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir Tahiti et surtout Tahiti Iti, au calme et bercé par les vagues. Leur accueil est très chaleureux et nous avons apprécié passer du temps avec toute la famille.

Absolument tout de parfait. Que ce soit la cabane qui est au dessus de la plage, la vue face aux baleines, la famille qui est super attachante et qui n’hésitera pas à faire des activités avec vous <3 Je ne peux que recommander ce logement !

Great location,welcoming and attentive hosts. It was a very different experience than a standard hotel room, which made our trip feel a bit adventurous and fun. Lovely and clean. We enjoyed exploring Tahiti-iti and spending time on the beach directly in front of our accomodation. The view from our accomodation was beautiful and slightly elevated to allow for great views. It would be stunning to be able to look out at the whales, which I understand come very close to the adjacent shore. We were a little too early in the season to see them. There are local villages nearby and also a larger township with supermarkets.

If you had poor mobility you may find the steps up to the bedroom a bit challenging(the private bathroom is downstairs), but then again I am an old fart and managed them okay!

You get your small open house, by the beach, with your own separate toilet, few meters away. Everything basic, but nicely decorated. You’ll enjoy beautiful sunrises with sound of waves and if lucky, you’ll spot some whale in the distance. It’s not a luxury resort, but you’ll experience a true Tahitian spirit in all its luxury. Beautiful and vey kind family. Manu & Poe made our holiday unforgettable and we really hope to get back one day & meet again.

Saying goodbye

The lodging sits right on the beach, so had a view of the sea at all times. Hosts Manu and Poe are so friendly, attentive, and helpful … wonderful people!! They made me feel so welcomed. They even went out of their way to celebrate my birthday. :-)
