Nothing room has no eternal window therefore no natural light of airflow, cold and damp room. Moulding smells, window in the photo is an internal window between the tiny kitchen/ laundry… not fit for rental.

No external window so no light or airflow ,damp and mouldy smell,, window in the photo is internal between bedroom and tiny kitchen laundry. Room never cleaned as agreed… was a total scam booked for 12 nights vacated after 5 nights .. not fit for rental , shouldn’t be allowed to be advertised on booking.com

The owner and his collaborator are the nicest people, they will help you with anything.

Despite the fact that I had booked the apartment a good month before, the host only informed about the entry method just a few hours before my arrival, i,e, therefore, I was already travelling. So I was expecting him/her to meet me to hand over the keys. Worst still, despite the fact that I phoned him/her I did not get a reply. A disgrace! Never in my five decades of travelling abroad I had such an terrrible experience. For almost two hours I was completely at loss. Only the intervention of a good soul who lives in the block, helped me solve the entry problem. And not even once did he / she phone to see if everything was ok. The apartment does not have a window!, so what is the purpose of having a washing machine when you cannot even dry a pair socks. The photo of the nice view of the Mazzaro Bay was deceitful. I wonder who gave the permit for such a holiday apartment. Even the photo of the ramp leading to the main entrance is misleading, because it is very steep and at times occupied by a vehicle.

I have traveled to many countries and had many different accommodation experiences. but it was a terrible experience for me. The room has no glass and there is a lot of dampness, it smells very bad. dangerous to human health. We esere shocked when we entered the room, it was terrible. When we were in the room we couldn't understand, it was day or night because there is no daylight. The terrace seen in the pictures does not belong to the room, it is the entrance of the apartment. Also, the building smells very bad. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the landlord said she would take care of it. and she did it. the second day she came and cleaned the room, wiped the moldy walls. The room was clean but still awful. It was no different from the cave. She left us an apology note and a gift. She send me mail today, because I didn't thank him. She told me I was mean, and a liar. It has been raining for 2 weeks so the walls are a bit stained. You decided when you look at the pictures. Who is big liar?

Very comfortable, modern, and clean apartment. Spacious and well-maintained, with a very helpful host. Good location, walking distance both to the town and the beach. Good value for Taormina.

It wasn't clear from the listing that there isn't actually a real window, and thus almost no natural light. Not a huge problem, as I didn't come to Taormina to sit in my room, but was an issue with drying clothes and towels. Also, the small water-heater meant only short showers.
