"Not professional on taking bookings."

Can’t say much as we couldn’t stay there.

We did booking as it was showing available on booking.com and then immediately I call them and they said that rooms are not available, on top of that they were trying to sell their other property which is quite expensive - this is not expected from any property linked to booking.com.
