no proper storage places. no hooks or anything to hang the clothes inside the bathroom need to ask the staff for hot water everytime

Owner was really good and they were really helpful and try to resolve as soon as possible if you have any issues. We checked with Mahesh (owner) that we are planning to celebrate my birthday and we need some decoration. I sent a pic of how the decoration needs to be and he agreed to decorate as it is shown in the pic. He was really helpful to get things or if you want to buy anything and it's possible to go, if you let Mahesh know he will bring and give it to you. We really had an amazing trip and it was an memorable one. If we again plan or if my friends are planning, i will really recommend this stay.

It was my best last minute decision. I literally enjoyed every moment spent here. The sea view was all I asked for and I got it which exceeded my expectations. The staff were really doing their job great. I'd wanna visit this place once again on my next Gokarna trip. I'd rate 10/10 to the two staff for their dedication to make our trip comfortable and seamless. They even arranged bike rentals for us on spot without ranting like any other owners. Best place to stay if you are planning your gokarna trip :)

The person on the phone used un-parliamentary language while talking to family .. words like paagal.kutte An advance was also asked which was not listed prior . We were on the way driving to the property when this conversation took place. It left very bad vibes. As we were with family, I did.not want to take a chance and dropped out due to their staff service .chose another property offline

The location is good and the beach is nearby so that, you can walk anytime you wish and watch the sunset and also the early morning fishing.

Parking is very bad which was muddy when rained and quite far from the accommodation, say about 300m. Also parking is paid and which we have to pay from our pocket which is Rs. 250 per day and also was not informed earlier. Felt like parked in a paddy field and also have to wait every time for the parking fellow to come and open the gate.
