"ótima localização"

A localização não poderia ser melhor. Junto ao rio e à ponte, com fácil acesso para a zona dos Kayaks, Festival dos Jardins, Praia fluvial, etc., e a 600 metros da Ponte Romana. Boa pressão da água e camas bastante confortáveis. A D. Rosa foi muito simpática. Existem todas as comodidades para cozinhar. Boas áreas das várias divisões da casa.

Seria preferível ter uma máquina de lavar louça. Apesar do esforço, com a colocação de várias ventoinhas bastante fortes, a casa beneficiaria bastante se tivesse ar condicionado.
