A wonderful apartment! My daughter and her friend stayed here on their first trip away and they thoroughly enjoyed it! The apartment was spotlessly clean and warm (they loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom!), it was very comfortable, lovely decor and had everything they needed for a great stay! They felt very safe and were close to shops, buses and only a short walk into the city (they explored every inch of it!) Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and had a great shower. The location was perfect – a large Tesco and a bus stop were just around the corner, which made everything super convenient.

It’s located directly on a street, so you can hear traffic. It didn’t bother me at all (I sleep like a rock), but light sleepers might notice it.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The entrance to the apartment is directly from the street, right in a pedestrian walkway, so people constantly pass by just a meter away. The front door is a thin plastic one, like a balcony door, and offers no sound insulation whatsoever. You can hear everything — footsteps, conversations, even the vibrations from large vehicles passing by on the nearby busy road. Because of this, there is absolutely no sense of privacy or security. It felt very uncomfortable, especially at night. Additionally, the bed is quite small and not suitable for two people. Our stay was so uncomfortable that, although we had booked four nights, we only stayed for one. I’ve attached a photo showing how the entrance looks from the outside to give a clearer idea of the situation. Overall, the apartment does not match the advertised level of comfort. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and private place to stay.

Great location. The bathroom is nicely designed and the flat has everything you need for a short stay.

The room is at street level. It's very noisy and lacks a sense of privacy. It is also very small and awkward if you have a pet, as there is no space for it to relax.

Very cozy, clean, and modern. The place has everything you'll need amenities-wise, and the hosts are very friendly. Feels more spacious in-person compared to the pictures. Looks really nice! The location is great as well, plenty of nice places nearby (grocery stores, breakfast spots, random shops) and the walk to Princes Street isn't that bad at all. Plenty of bus stops around, too, if you'd like to go somewhere further away.

The studio is on the ground floor right next to a busier road. There's blackout curtains for privacy and earplugs next to the bed if the noise bothers you in the morning. The windows are frosted, but I felt more comfortable with the curtains closed.
