La Spezia is an under rated town, came for the good access to Cinque Terre but loved the daily downtown market here, and close to the apartment is an amazing bakery. Food was affordable and the kitchen at the accomidation reasonably stocked. There was a good amount of space and lots of closet storage, enjoyed the balconies. Decent value for money. Being across the park provided good free parking, a nice walk and a very close playground for our daughter to enjoy

Definitely has the feel of being run by a service that's just looking to do the bare minimum to make money and keep things serviceable. Missing basics like dish soap, hand soap, pins for the clothes line etc. Floors where quiet dirty and sticky, ended up using flip flops indoors to prevent ruining socks. Picking keys up from a 3rd location was inconvenient. It's a mixed bag trying to review this place, we overall enjoyed it but it didn't live up to the home feel and thoughtful preparation most of our other apartment stays in Italy had

**The hause is large. **The location is close to central train station of laspezia but not close to city centre.

*We were 6 people and there were 3 room but one room does not have air conditioner. * The toilet paper was not enough. **The mosquitos was everwhere there should be protection front of windows and doors. **The electric buttons were shot down if you are crowded you have to use electiric less otherwise you can have trouble. **The hause is in the top side of la spezia so you have to climb up if you dont have car not so reasonable. ** There is very very small sea wiew so there is no actualy sea view. ** The fridge is not enough cold. ** There js no garbage box for keeping garbage separated and outside the garbage box system is locked so there should be an explanation for using it.

Spacious, easy check in/out, responsive hosts , clean, equipped, good location

Location and space in rooms. Early checkin a bonus. Staff very helpful to amend what was missing or provide discount on booking.

No toilet paper anywhere in apartment. No welcome pack as promised. 3 coffee satchels for 4 people for 2 nights stay.

Big, clean, quite comfortable and well-equipped apartment - we found there all we needed. Very nice view from the dinning room and the balcony. We appreciated very much very good location of the apartment - next to the street where we could experience morning shopping of Italian fresh and traditional products, many parking lots available in the area to park a car, quite close to restaurants and beaches (to be reached by a car). Easy check in and check out. Grazie mille!
