Photos and description of room not the same as advertised, one towel , everything was not clean and there are permanent residents. Please read full discription of property no matter how tired you are , you would prefer to sleep in your car.

was not able to eat my cooked meal because all was frozen from the chiller overnight.had to go hungry in the morning before leaving

The kitchen facilities were good

The lamp was glitching and didn’t work, the light outside the door shone through into the room and the curtains didn’t block it out, the smell of air freshener was overpowering and made me feel sick, and there was no hot water when I showered.

Comfy bed and nice staff

Dirty bathrooms, toilet seat broken, poo on the floor in one bathroom

Unfortunately I never received a lock code or check in details, with the place being unattended with no reception I was stuck outside with no way of getting in. Tried multiple times to contact the phone number provided and no answer. Had to abandon the place and go somewhere else. Still haven't seen a refund even after Booking.com followed up for me.
