Casa foarte aproape de plaja libera,cu toate facilitățile. Monica a fost foarte amabila si drăguță.

Location was great, only a short walk to the beach. The outdoor seating area was also nice. Monica is nice and responsive.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard. No soft cushion at all. Pillows are old and the stuffing inside was not very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is not very convenient as the door opens in and there is barely any room to get in and out. The apartment has one air condition at the main entrance. Even this one is not that powerful nor cooling at the set temperature. Since there is no air condition the bedrooms get extremely warm to sleep in. Another thing we noticed was that there was no soap in the bathroom, only 1 toilet roll, no lighter that worked so we could turn on the stove and make morning coffee. These are utilities I expect to be there when renting an apartment. Lastly, the doors are very difficult to lock and open with the keys. Everyday was a struggle leaving and entering the place.

Location was optimal: a few hundred meters from the town center and a sandy beach. Around the corner there’s a very convenient mini market and a bar. Martinucci is also a few steps away for snacks and parties. The neighboring beach was nice although not the best on the coast. Maldives is 5’ by car but now full of stones at the edge of the water. Instead, 30’ away there is torre San Giovanni with white sand and turquoises waters. The furnishing of the apartment was pleasant and the terrace nice for the evening.

The airco does not provide for the whole house and one out of the 3 bedrooms (the master bedroom) was equipped with 2 fans that for us did not compensate for the heat of the week. The bathroom door opens towards the sink and leaves little room to maniuvre around it.

Modern clean well organised and close to the beach & amenities.

Colour coded keys would be helpful rather than trying each key every time.
