Location was perfect for a concert at the Co op live arena, only 20 minute walk. The parking was right outside the property and easy to access. The accommodation had everything we needed, was clean, homely and a comfy bed. Would definitely stay here again

The flat was a very convenient location for us to go to a concert at the Coop Live arena. The flat was spotless and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, and there was good seating for the dining room. Good wifi and clear instructions. Use of the on-site car park with a permit was very convenient. It was good to have plenty of washing-up liquid and soap for the bathrooms.

Having to climb over a fence or walk across the gardens of several other flats to get to the key safe box was a bit strange. Also, in hindsight, it would have been good to have the key to the patio door to the garden. I think this could be a good idea in case of needing a fire escape.

We visited for a concert at coop live and the location was great and the apartment was lovely.

I had requested to check in earlier than 3pm as the concert started at 7pm and we wanted to go out for drinks and food before hand, I was told on the day we couldn’t check in until 3pm which was fine and that check out was 12pm the following day. I was asked what time we were thinking of checking out on the night of the stay to which I said we would be leaving at 12pm at check out time to which they replied “great”, all was fine until about 10:30 am the following morning I was in the apartment by myself and there were 2 men outside trying to open the front door and one of the men was trying to open the back door. After my partner coming back he asked the men what they were doing and they told him that they were told they could check in at 12pm and they proceeded to just stand outside the door and we felt very pressured to leave early at 11am an hour earlier than what we paid for. I was disgusted to realise that there would be no one coming to clean the property after we had left, the bedding was not going to be changed after us sleeping in it and the facility in general not being cleaned after us. Also that we had paid the same price as the people staying after us and we didn’t only have to leave early but they paid the same as us and were allowed into the property 3 hours earlier than us. I was overall very dissatisfied with our stay, it made me feel unsafe, very unhygienic and after messaging the person with the property with my experience there has been no response which is not acceptable.

Love the location we had a concert at the CoOp live and it was so close we walked the apartment was so clean and spacious kids loved it to would definitely return and recommend to family and friends

Everything it had all equipment to clean for washing machine t bags bathroom wash shampoo ect. Just couldn’t ask for mere

The back door in the kids room but that can’t be changed also could not get in bin cupboards with the code
