The location of the property was good fir shops pubs etc

It does not state it is a great house, not enough cooking utensils for the amount of people . Seating was inadequate for the number of people that stayed. On reflection, I have stayed in other places for less with a better combination of seating . Dining and kitchen facilities.

Property had on site parking and was near to town centre . It was also lovely having plenty of bathrooms .

Great location, Good parking. Easy walking distance of the town. We were able to park the cars when we arrived and didn't get in them again until we left. House was warm. Each bedroom had its own bath/shower room. The beds comfortable. the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the Christmas decorations

The dining/lounge area was a bit snug

The location was an absolute 10/10 in Stratford-upon-Avon! Situated in the heart of this charming historic town, it offered easy access to Shakespeare’s birthplace, beautiful riverside walks, and delightful local shops and restaurants. The surroundings were picturesque, with classic Tudor architecture and a lively yet peaceful atmosphere. A perfect spot to experience both the culture and scenic beauty of the area!

Excellent bedrooms with En-suites. Nice garden Ample parking Very short walk into SuA town centre

The lounge/dining area is functional as we spent most of the time exploring SuA. Would be cramped if the house was full

Quality of the property. Plenty of bathrooms which was perfect for a group of friends Well stocked with kitchen equipment Very clean Lovely thick carpet Nice outdoor seating area Communal area for eating Excellent choice for a group meeting up Fabulous location just a few mi utes from town centre
