I was honestly disappointed with my stay. The hotel felt very old and far from my expectations. The furnitures are outdated, and the bathroom was not clean or well-maintained. I had booked 4 nights, and the cancellation policy stated I wouldn’t get any refund if I canceled. However, after staying just one night, I decided to leave, and the team handled it very professionally and refunded my money. I really appreciate how they managed the situation

Location ,rooms, old furnitures and for the sauna and turkish bath is not included with your booking. when you want to use it you should pay extra.

Best panoramic views in Lebanon, very friendly staff, and a generally charming and historical hotel in the hills above Beirut. Highly recommended.

Hotel needs renovations, housekeeping can be better - attention to detail and consistency while cleaning the room.
