Al Bustan Hotel and Spa

The view from the room was great, the room was very clean and spacious . They have the best spa in lebanon

The price is expensive considering how old the hotel is and sine there is nothing to do while staying no people no bar… only a small restaurant

لا يوجد شطاف فقط بيديه كان في حفل زفاف بالفندق وازعاج لي الساعه 12:30 تاكدوا من اسعار خدمة الغسيل قبل الغسيل اذا تناسبكم بالنسبه لي كانت غاليه طلبنا بيض و باستا جدا عاديه

Everything was perfect. We had arranged this as a gift for a newly married couple. They were welcomed with a love cake upon arrival. The room was excellent, as was the breakfast. We also treated them to a couple’s spa massage, which turned out to be an experience beyond their expectations!

Dirty, unsanitary and old, needs a serious renovation, definitely not a 5 star hotel We found a dead cockroach in our room and had to ask three times the staff to remove it, the toilet flush was broken and leaking all night, we couldn’t use the toilet and had to use the common area. It got repaired eventually in the morning but we had to listen to the flush leaking all night. We had asked three times prior to our arrival for a baby cot to be ready at the room, there weren’t any, and when the staff eventually came to install it, he had an uncompatible matress, then had to leave again for a while to get it, so conclusion nap time passed and the baby didn’t sleep. The common area and the breakfast are nice, however not worthy of 5 stars, the rooms are very old. We were looking for vintage glamour but all we found was old and loud air conditionning, dead cockroach, broken flush, the paint job is very old and the furniture as well. During the check out, we didn’t receive any apologies from the staff, they even charged us for the phone that we didn’t even use. You can self park in a parking in front of the hotel, but it is paid and you will have to go to the reception again to pay, no machine on the parking
