Staff and facilities were excellent

I had to pay to get my room cleaned and get the sheets washed I had to pay for water,soap Toothpaste Couldn't believe this when I read it. I will never stay there again

The address given was not the correct address of the property. The local taxi driver could not find the property. It should be advertised as the "Penthouse Suites" as it would be easier to find. The television was without WiFi for long periods. The bedding was terrible.

Nothing, the owner changed, and everything isn't nice.

I booked from 7-9 Oct. On my arrival, the room wasn't clean at all. I told the owner that I would arrive at 8 in the morning. But the room wasn't ready to check in. So I have to stay on the street.the cleaner wasn't able to change the bedsheets either. Everywhere are hair from guests before at the bed. So I have to sleep in used bedsheets. Unbelievable!!! Never had an experience like that. The owner told me that he would refund me for one night, but everything he told me was a lie. He's a scamer, do not book this room, you not will get satisfied at all. Do not let your money at this guy. There are much better properties for the same price nearby.

The property is very close to all the night time major attractions that Angeles City offers. Definitely got my value for money and the staff were very kind and helpful ensuring I got to the unit successfully and that my stay was comfortable, by maintaining positive communication throughout in visit. The staff in the lobby are very focused on security as well so I was happy to be questioned if they didn’t recognise myself or anyone else and ensuring that the people coming in and out were occupants or approved visitors.

Although the bedsheets were clean, there were some visible stains they couldn’t get out. I would suggest just to replace them with new ones for future occupants. Also two towels for the week is a stretch, more for the bathroom would be appreciated as room cleaning services will cost extra.

Close to all the entertainment. Staff at the desk were always greeting and smiling.

First night l couldn't turn the bed lamp off to sleep. Light switching is out of whack. Lights get back feeds from different switches. Other lights just didn't work.Really needs looking at. No excuses as l am an electrician.

Nice room, high standard. Unfortunately , there was a small water leaking in the bathroom, that i realized just last day, but not really a big issue.

Finding the place was a real challenge due to the fact that the name of the place in Booking.com was completely different and not really saying the real name of the hotel itself. Not cool when looking for a place to sleep at 1am in the morning near to the Walking street.. Tried to call the number given in booking , no luck

The bed was awesome, location also, and best TV I have ever had in a room

There were water leaks behind the sink, the bathroom floor was always wet, no room cleaning service, 1 roll of toilet paper for 7 days ( but you can buy some cheap)

The location is nice. When I wrote to the owner that the room had a few problems, he came the next day to check it out, but he couldn't fix the problems

The sink is leaking all over the counter, half the lights in the apartment aren't working, the sheets had holes in them, the water in the shower and the jacuzzi were ‏lukewarm at best and the light in the toilet did work but it's using a movement sensor and if you don't move for 20 seconds the light turn off. Until they fix the problems, I can't recommend this place

It was clean. The bed was OK. The people running the hotel did everything to please me.

Minus 1 point for not enough toilet paper. Minus 2 points for the airco blowing into your face when sleeping. It made me not enjoy a good sleep. It could be fixed by placing a shelf to the wall. But maybe there are people who like to feel cold air blowing in their face all night long.
