Owner was taking care of us. Good communication in ENG via What´s up. All was nice, including brought breakfast. Parking on site. Safe place, nice garden. Recommended like 9,5 on Booking.

More equipped kitchen would be better, but for one night it was Ok.

Really friendly owner, also he suggested an amazing restaurant where to eat for dinner 👍

Comfortable stay, well located for Pompeii visit and well equipped! Breakfast treats were nice touch!

Great location and easy to get to Pompeii with a car. The included breakfast with great pastries and cappuccinos.

Nice accomodation. Spacious bedroom with access to the private kitchen. A lot of place to park your car. Access to the garden, where you can rest. Breakfast served at the nearby cafe.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation, located in a nice villa. Vey nicely kept the garden. Good comfort, including a small kitchen.

A bit difficult to find, and if I was nitpicking, the fridge was a bit noisy, the TV not tilting towards the bed.

It has a nice yard with breakfast that normally is not included in B&B and comfortable parking slot. the Bar near it for breakfast was so nice with a good staff. Francesco (owner) was a flexible and nice person with quick service (there was a problem with water and he replied and help quickly even if it was early morning)

There were some noise from other apartment but maybe he could not do anything for that. it was a great place for 2 people but for 3 people it was a bit small. Also some small details could have been better like there were only 2 coffee even if we were 3,…

I liked the location, the garden, the cleanliness, the breakfast — I think everything.

Francesco was such a nice host. I read a lot of good reviews about him where he handled his guests so maturely. So I thought he must be a middle aged man. To my surprise, when I saw him, I found out he was such a young man. So it was even more impressive for such a young man to be so thorough with his guests. He waited on us for a late night arrival and patiently explained many details of the apartment units. The apartment had endless hot water and we did not have to worry about running out of hot water after someone used the shower for a long time already, which was the problem we encountered with many airbnb units in Italy. Very clean, warmly heated apartment, comfortable beds, very clean bath towels. The unit had a nice balcony surrounding the entire unit, with multiple doors going to the balcony. The nicest thing about this place was the neat and secluded court yard, which was so well organized and maintained, with clean pavement, all fenced up with privacy from nearby neighbors, and lemon trees planted in the back yard. We had the entire courtyard as our parking spot. :-) It really gave us the relaxing feel just like in a quiet farm house. The apartment steps were even well lit at night, making it look really nice at night. Breakfast was included too.
