The building is lovely and very well looked after. The apartment was spotless and full of lovely quality products. Great location too and surprisingly quiet considering how central it is.

Entering via the car park/gate wasn't so straight forward as the code didn't appear to work. Obtaining the key once getting into the building was also difficult. There were other guests who also had the same problem but we all helped each other, on our arrival time there was no one on reception to assist.

Entry access instructions were not received until the day before we were due to leave luckily the concierge was able to assist us No soap in bathroom of one bedroom and no shower gel in the other Very dusty under settee and bed

Great location, spacious apartment with high quality finishes

Access to car park was difficult, they allocated me a space in a cordoned off area that was sealed off because a window above was broken and could fall out! No manual of instructions of how things worked, what was WiFi code or how heating worked this would have been useful. It was too hot and we couldn't turn heating down. Booking carparking should have been part of booking accommodation then you wouldn't have lots of different emails to scroll through for codes to doors, carpark and lockbox.

The flat was lovely, and it was great to have a balcony.

The shower went cold a bit too quickly
