Roma Luxe Suite

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The building is modern and very well maintained. It is situated in a very central area within walking distance of all the main attractions and just a few minutes walk from the train station. There are also many good restaurants and shops nearby.

The apartment lacked a microwave oven. There is no towel rail or hooks to hang clothes on in the bathroom, and the shower cubicle has no soap tray. The bedroom did not have where to place a luggage or a travel bag on and had to be left on the floor. These small items could just make the flat a little bit more comfortable.

Excellent location, very central to everything being in the centre of Torino including Porta Nuova train station (footsteps away), Via Roma (main shopping strip) and piazzas with restaurants, bars etc. Staff were very responsive on WhatsApp. Quality apartment with new, beautiful fittings also made stay very comfortable.

A little more attention to detail needed for cleaning. Found hair in the kitchen sink, hair on the bathroom floor, balls of dust in the bedroom. There seems to be work happening in a neighbouring apartment, with constant banging heard most days. Difficult to regulate the temperate as it’s evaporative and sectioned throughout the apartment. Able to change the degrees in the bedroom and kitchen/living but takes hours to reach desired degree. Unable to change in bathroom, making it constantly hot!

The location was perfect. Apartment is very bright and new. It is very convenient for those who want to move around on foot. My parents stayed there, and they were very happy with the overall service.

Such apartments usually have a coffee machine, and maybe some kitchen essentials (tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper) may serve guests well. Given that most would love coffee first thing in the morning, that could be advanced.

Spacious, clean, lots of natural light, great location. Host was flexible with checkout time which we appreciated.

Lacked a few things (I think it is new), such as salt and pepper, oil etc.
