The shower was horrendous and the owners didn’t care or apologise just ignored me when I brought it up with them

Beautiful room, lovely and clean, great location.

Only negative was the Mattress was a little hard and uncomfortable

Room was lovely and extremely clean. The staff was perfect and made us feel very welcome even before our stay. They reached out to us a few days prior with some accomodation info which was a very nice touch.

Everything! From turning up with designated parking, to ease of getting the keys, through to unpacking and unwinding in the beautiful room. Beautiful location, stunning decor, immaculate condition

Could not have wished for better. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, beautifully furnished and stylishly decorated but also with a cosy country feel. It had all the facilities we needed for our 2 night stay. A nice selection of good quality tea, coffee, cookies and bottled water as well as lovely toiletries were provided and happily replenished on request. Lovely white bedlinen and soft towels and white robes were also provided. Huw and Jacky were the loveliest, kind and helpful hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay - Huw even offered to drive us to pick up our car the morning after a party we were attending a short distance away - definitely above and beyond! The Coach House is located to one side of grounds of The Inn at Fossebridge, but is a totally separate establishment,. The Inn welcomed us for drinks when we arrived after a long journey and we also had a lovely meal on our last evening. It is a very historical, olde world Inn with the river running alongside its grounds and lovely gardens. They have a good menu which is very convenient for guests staying at The Coach House. not wishing to venture too far for a meal after a day out sightseeing. Of course there are many places in all areas of the Cotswolds to choose from but we found the location of The Coach House was a really good base to visit all the beautiful villages like Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and also Cirencester itself. Breakfast is not provided at the Coach House but there are many places not too far away where you can get breakfast. The historical Old Prison looked very interesting and a place we will try next time! It suited us to just get up have a cup of tea or coffee so we could make an early start to visit other places, stopping for breakfast on the way to make the most of our time during our short stay. We were very happy guests!

Lovely cottage style room with great ventilation (opening windows on two sides and a decent size fan provided) - so not oppressive even on a very hot day. Very nice modern bathroom. Huw was really helpful.

Although the bathroom was lovely, the shower was electric with rather slow water flow.
