Most likely their stuff are so much helpful. Specifically a guy name is Arman. This guy was so much helpful. Whatever we need we just discuss with him he sorted out. Thanks again Arman.

We found few bed bugs in our blankets. We were uncomfortable for bed bugs. Rest are very good.

Need more cleaning in bed because we found two bedbugs… rather than that everything was perfect and smooth!! Great location very easy access to Al haram. Staff are very friendly. Room was big enough. Corridor and fifth big that you bring lots of luggage never feel tiny that good point of this hotel,
