La ubicación y la accesibilidad a avenidas importantes que llevan rápidamente a la playa o a lugares a visitar. Adicional el coto muy seguro y sin complicaciones con los demás inquilinos, muy agusto la alberca.

Lo que no me gusto fue que no dejaron las llaves del portón electrico de ingreso al coto, pero se tuvo una solución al hablar con la anfitriona y los guardias para ingresar y salir del coto.
