Расположение в центре, наличие чайника, чай, кофе.хороший интернет.

Очень слышно лифт( видимо шахта лифта прямо за стеной), неудобный коврик в ванной( мешает закрывать дверь).Не смогли включить телевизор( не было батарейки в пульте).

I didn't like anything about this room, but to explain my terrible experience I starts from this bubble here and continue in the other bubble: Size of the room does not correspond to the images, it’s very small and narrow for two people, but what was most shocking about this structure was the VERY BAD RECEPTION received. Everything happened only with mobile (like all interactions with the owners of apartments taken on booking in Serbia) and and I never seen this person live. I contact the owner (or whoever for him) on the Booking messenger shortly before 2:00 pm on May 23, 2025. He asks me to use "Viber" but I explain to him that I have a few money on my Sim (Serbia is outside the European Union and there is no "roam like at home" service) and if it’s possible for him to write to me on the Booking messenger or on whatsapp as long as I was connected to a free wi-fi, but he starts writing me text messages SMS (which I obviously paid for) and asking me for the passport photo. I explain to him with SMS service that I forget my passport in a bag kept in Belgrade but I have my driving license....

.....I have also my identity card valid for travel abroad (and also valid in Serbia) and I send him the photos of both documents. He obsessively continue to write me to send him the photo of the passport and starts to send web-links whose meaning and usefulness I don’t understand (making me spend more and more money whithout reason). Around 3:00 PM, with no more money in the SIM, I transfer all the money from the card linked to Booking to another card and with Booking messenger and I inform him that I had requested a free cancellation of the room because he continued to make fun of me and continued to not allow me to enter in the room (in the meantime it started to rain and I was under the rain). After He, I think, verified that he could not take the money estimated for the room from my card, he send me a message in which he says that the cancellation could not be free and asks me if I could go to a certain address to bring the money, physically. Obviously I don’t move and I ask him if, after trying to make send to myself a photo of my passport by the owner of the room previously rented in Belgrade, he could finally allow me to enter his room. Because he was evidently afraid of losing money, suddenly he becomes kind and answers that it was good for him and, around 3:50 pm, he also give me a WhatsApp number, which, magically, corresponded to the same number he used to text me with SMS service (basically we could communicate on WhatsApp from the beginning, as my immediate request). On WhatsApp he asks me for the photo of the passport that I had by the owner of the room previously rented in Belgrade, and a photo of me at that moment with the documents that I had already sent him previously (driving license and identity card). He finally sends me, at 4:00 pm (after more than two hours in the cold and bad weather) the instructions for accessing the apartment. For your peace of mind and sanity: DON’T CONTACT THIS OWNER!
