"Comfortable studio apartment near Spalding"

The studio apartment was perfect for our stay. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and provided everything that we needed.The location is very quiet, in a beautiful village. Parking is easy with plenty of security lighting after dark. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We were attending an event at the nearby Springfields Centre, 3.5 miles away, in Spalding and found it an excellent location for popping back and forth. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

There was nothing to dislike.

"Fantastic find earlier this year, down for a second work stay!"

Second stay here at Boundary House. What a fantastic find this is! Perfect location for a work event at the Sessions House just 10 mins down the road in the centre of Spalding. The studio is clean and comfortable with free WiFi. Small kitchenette with a microwave for easy prep meals - I did steamed veg and tofu with sweet and sour sauce so perfectly adequate for cooking a decent meal. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Excellent communication from the hosts, lovely quiet area, the studio is immaculate, freshly decorated and I was truly impressed with everything about it. A lovely big shower, a kitchenette with fridge freezer and patio doors to your own private garden downstairs. Upstairs was a sofa, bed, desk and chair, large TV and clothes storage facilities. Wonderful and I will definitely use again. Thank you.

Maybe the check in /out time of 16:00 and 10am could have been a little better. Maybe extending it by an hour each way would add a more relaxed feeling to the stay. Apart from that I can't think of anything else that could have been better, I had everything I needed and the place was far beyond what I expected.

Nice location. Very quiet. Easy parking. Very clean. Everything was in good condition and worked well.

Sofa was not the most comfortable. Little tight upstairs. If you need a night wee you have stairs to negotiate.

"Enjoyable weekend"

A really nice studio that suited our needs. Travelled to the area for a family wedding. Plenty of hooks and hanging space for our outfits. Met Sarah and Chris on arrival, very friendly hosts with good communication throughout, both before and after arrival.
