Good location, clean and cozy

It was pretty small compared to the photos, the hosts obviously knew how to upsell it to look big

The Hobbit Hole is an excellent place for a cosy stay in central Cornwall. Despite the wind and rain outside the small bedroom/living space was perfectly warm and cosy for us to hideaway with our small dog. The terrace, garden and pond area are lovely and if the weather were better we would have enjoyed sitting out on here in the evenings. The property has a great location, with a relatively easy journey to both the north and south coast.

Was amazing from start to finish 👏 cant wait to stay again. Very welcoming and friendly. The hobbit house was amazing.

Nice quiet location, basically in the large garden of a private residence, with a pleasant view across their large pond to hill and farm land behind. Clean and warm with a comfy double bed, tea, coffee, toaster, microwave, kettle, etc in hut, owner provided a bed and bowls for our Dog Frank. WiFi is provided with a good connection, no Television, but it is of course a glamping hut. Private Bathroom is in a hut next door, and is clean and well maintained, with a good shower and dish washing facilities. Nothing within walking distance, unless you're really in to walking (were not) but only a short drive to the local pub, good food, nice people, 5 minutes further and you're in Perenporth.

Location is brilliant for access to Newquay, hosts are amazing and the hobbit hole is absolutely perfect, we will be back for sure! Well heated Fridge available Drying room Private toilet and shower Our Dog was allowed to free roam
