Staff - Andrea was very helpful

1) we had specifically chosen this property so that we would have access to a washer /dryer - it was not functional 2) safe was not functional 3) basic things like coffee machine, dishwashing liquid, napkins etc were missing - the Moka pot in the kitchen was dirty and not in a state to be used

Location was excellent. The host couldn't have done more for us, even faciltating our late check in. Loved the view.

We couldn't fill the bath. However the shower was fine. Also as two siblings it was a shame we couldn't set up the sofa bed properly. It would be nice if the room included extra bedding. Just in case this happened again.

The apartment is clean, with lots of space, well located, and yet the noise from the street wasn't heard. It is super sweet and the host was very friendly and helpful. To me it met all my needs - clean, nice looking central place to stay and feel safe and comfortable

there was no windows to the outside, no broom and dust pan so we could not pick pieces of a wine glass that we accidentally broke. we were particularly unhappy that despite a request for a late check out which was denied room service arrived 35 min (i.e 9:30 am) before the official check out time of 10:00 am. This we felt was a lack of service oriented hots and courtesy putting on unecessary pressure to vacate the premise. in addition, we were not provided with any information on garbage separation which we only found when looking for the dust pan and realized we need to sort several days of garbage after we contacted the host.
