I dont have anything bad to say bad about this place
USWe pulled up at 11:15pm with a strong marijuana smell in the parking lot, what seemed to be a prostitute, and a group of people huddled outside the door to the apartment. A neighbor walks out in his robe and tells us "you better lock your doors" which was obvious to us with the surrounding. If you are a bunch of college students looking to party this may be your place. For us definitely not.
The location is not good as others have said. The review about the 'spray painted walls etc.' is accurate. The window leading to the parking lot (big enough for someone to enter) would not lock. We took a video of it and then left the location without staying in the place more than 10 minutes. (Sadly we ended up paying for another place.) With all the people right outside of the apartment and the neighbor telling us "you better lock your doors" having a front ground level window easy for someone to enter was not for us. I'm 6'4 225 lbs. (hunt, fish, etc. ...so not some old fragile paranoid person :) ) The owner has refused to give me a refund up to this point. I've emailed booking.com over 5 times (have no idea how to talk to anyone, it's very hard to find a customer service number if anyone has it please share :) ) Lastly, after the owner told me the window was perfectly fine I noticed in a review a month later that he replaced the window. (If it was perfectly fine why did he replace it?) Overall, location was bad, place was low end quality, and like another review noticed a cockroach or some other something of the like immediately.

The place was not clean. Its lacking maintenance. The toilet is unstable. Some paint will make it more pleasant.

The location was bad and very misrepresented by the booking reviews and info. Wish I would’ve taken more photos but too busy looking for another place to go. Spending money on another weeks stay bc of false advertisement of this place is unfair.

USLocation, comfort, roomieness, quiet enough. Large complex and noone bothered or disturbed us.
Needed more dish towels, dish cloths, hand towels, wash cloths. Towels fine.
