Adorable private couples retreat with hot tub

Everything was lovely

Bed was not very comfortable

How cosy and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of Manchester, so clean and the hot tub and fire place were amazing looking up at the stars at nice were an extra treat 🥰

Loved the area of Cemaes, fab beach and walks along the coast. Enjoyed the hot tub which was always ready to use. A lovely welcome hamper along with milk and orange juice in the fridge. A quiet location to unwind and chill in the hot tub.

We were lucky that the weather was fantastic and a fan was provided to use at night however we needed showers morning, evening and before using the hot tub as we used suncream and over the 4 days the towels weren't changed, we went and bought new ones. Also it states that beach towels would be provided, to use for the hot tub but couldn't find any and didn't want to use the lovely white bathrobes for that use. The bed wasn't comfortable as every time you turned over it would sqeak and was too low. Owners maybe need to stay in it a night or two during summer to experience the heat/bed issues.

Lovely little place in a beautiful, quiet area. All the essentials like toiletries, milk, sugar, tea etc. were provided. The hot tub and BBQ were great!

Hamper was a nice touch, extra flowers etc order was lovely the way hosts set them out. Accommodation was clean & hosts helpful. Hot tub was good & the outside use of bbq & fire. Toiletries etc a lovely touch

It wasn't as private as we would of liked & views from property were disappointing. Not much space for clothing when staying more than a couple of nights

This is a self catering unit. It is situated in a village, a little off the main road. It does not enjoy the beautiful views which appear on the website. There was nothing here which we liked. We decided not to stay here.

This is not a one bedroom apartment. It is not a cottage (the owner told us to look for Woodbank Cottage). It is about the same size as a shipping container- our single garage at home is bigger. About a half of the west-facing wall is taken up with patio doors. On entering, at about 6 pm, the temperature inside was way over 30 degrees. The gap between the doors and the foot of the bed was about 50 centimetres. We have never found any holiday let as small and cramped as this. We couldn’t face staying here and left to go home. We have contacted the owner requesting a refund but she has not responded to our message other than to say she was referring the matter to Booking.com. That was 4 days ago. No one has contacted me since then.
