Spa is dirty Manager was extremely rude (talk to the director if he is around, you can have better chances to solve issues). We were first a breakfast on the first day: the toaster had bread stuck and cold from the previous day, which indicates no one cleans it. Booked through hotiday, room smelled sigarette smoke and they didn’t have any alternative room to assign to us, which is very disappointing for what claims to be a 4 stars superior hotel. We had to sleep all the time with window open, as the ozone they sprayed to cover the sigarette smoke was extremely strong and didn’t go away. Ski room has the boots heater not working. It’s a system that is supposed to warm up/dry your boots, which might be wet after skiing. Shuttle services stop too soon (7/8pm) in comparison to other 4 stars hotels in the same area and don’t pick you up at Spinale due what they claim to be a “access permit” issue, which other hotels clearly don’t have

Kitchen is joke and prices are very high. If you are charging a lot provide good food. Kids burger its something next level…

Staff was very nice and attentive.

Room was small and located at the front of the building and was noisy. I was not offered the opportunity to upgrade even at my own expense.
