The hosts were most kind, hospitable and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Nothing that we didn't like.

The staff/family was very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and location was great. In the old city but slightly off the main tourist paths. But near restaurants and grocery stores.

It's a nice and clean family guesthouse, located in the Khiva historic town, close to the main sightseeing points. Rooms are nicely and traditionally decorated and equipped with all necessary facilities, and their size, despite all the comments I have seen on booking.com, is really okay. The property owners do not speak English very well, but they are very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast room is in the corridor, just in front of the other rooms. There's only one table where all the guests need to squeeze. The air-conditioning hanged just above the bed (noise, air blowing directly on my head).

Everything is clean and comfortable, good smell, nice friendly hosts. It's located in the middle of the fortress, so you only need to take a couple of steps to get to one of the minarets or one of the 4 gates. Breakfast was wonderful: beautiful, delicious and very hearty. Their omelette with broccoli aldente is worthy of a Michelin star. I highly recomend this place!

Everything. Staff was really nice. We asked for double bed instead of twins and they prepared them for us. Bed was comfortable. Great shower pressure. Breakfast was lovely. Location is great, very central in the old town of khiva. Everything was great!
