Guests must hand in the keys at the reception and inform that their stay is over. Guests must pay for the electricity consumption at the reception, calculated from the difference of kWh×10 in uruguayan peso or in dollars at the day's exchange rate. White lining washing must be paid for as well, in urugayan pesos or in dollars at the day's exchange rate. Cleaning includes general floors and bathrooms cleaning and bed making. Utensils, and kitchenware will be handed in excelent hygene conditions. The building staff will not clean these.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
