The environment was good,quiet,clean...most importantly the caretaker was very welcoming. Wouldn't mind going there again or referring someone.

The caretaker is very professional and has good PR, the security was excellent and the bed was very comfortable and the rooms clean

The sinks and toilets were not very clean , the door to the bathroom had so much stains Please organize and have packed satchets of sugar. Add more cushions to the seats A fridge, iron box, electric kettle will add a little taste to your customers comfort

The amenity was clean

1. Bad reception from the caretaker who was very rude, and insisted they charge a different price from what's stated in the app. 2. The host wasn't picking up my calls on arrival to the property 3. There was a construction taking place on the second floor therefore, lots of noise disturbance 4. The host marked me absent on the app even though I reported thus I had to show the booking.com my payment transaction as proof of the same

The place was serene. Peaceful and not noisy

Just the drinking water. Wasn't that fresh. A little bit salty

Everything was wow..the reception...the amenities and the rooms were great ....my choice when traveling to nakuru
