it is located in a very convenient area in the center of the city

The elevator had a technical problem and it was quite difficult when you have to go at the 4th floor

"If I ever get back to Bucharest I will definitely stay here."

First I have rented many apartments and one of the biggest problem is the owner doesn’t send you the codes to enter the building and apartments prior to your departure. This owner went over and above to send me the codes and also sent me a photo of the exterior showing where the lock box was and the front door. The location was fabulous just around the corner from Old Town and museums. You can’t get closer that this. The apartment was large and well done. I would highly recommend this to single travelers.

The interior hallway is a little drab, but I am not sure this owner does not have control over this area.
