Visų pirma ilgai laukiau įsiregistravimo, nes pastoviai vis pranešdabo kad kambarys nesutvarkytas, griuvo visi planai. Įsiregistruoti turėjome 15h, įsitegistravome tik 17h. Vykome iš Klaipėdos. Kambaryje po tokio ilgo laukimo nebuvo net tualetinio popieriaus, stiklines purvinos, ploviau ir negera pasidarydavo.

Все понравилось, были с собакой, всем было комфортно. В номере был холодильник, удобно, потому что собака на кашах. Рядом много места для прогулок, и недалеко Винге парк для прогулок. От вокзала пешком минут 30. Немного плутали, чтобы найти, вход не со стороны улицы, сбоку, вниз по лестнице. Дальше с ключом и инструциями разобрались. Рядом магазин Рими, прям в пару минутах, удобно.

They say they don't use to recive reservations through booking. So, although I exchanged messages with them I didn't receive a code for self-checking. They told me I could leave my suitcase there, but no way. I stayed 30min in the morning. Nobody works there, nobody answers the 3 numbers I dialed. I left my suitcase near the admin desk. Somebody tried to open it. The belt with a locker was forzed, barely open. I came back at checking time, but they didn't notice my reservation. My room was no ready. I saw they went to buy cleaning products. They told me 5 minutes, but it was 90 minutes. The manager also told me they will compensate me with one free night for the trouble, but it is no true, no reimboursement. It is out of the center, buses are not convinient either.

Spacious with natural light, good price for longer stays, kitchen stove was great for cooking, close proximity to supermarkets (Lidl and Rimi), very safe neighborhood, quiet, sofabed was sturdy and comfortable, nice shared facilities like rooftop terrace and steam room (when it is working) was a nice perk, and I was given a phone number for staff liaison, throughout my stay the staff was responsive and kind whenever I needed assistance.

Key card system for the room and security issues - there were room key card coordination mistakes which led to a housekeeping staff mistakenly entering my room and then another guest wrongly entering my room because they were mistakenly assigned to my room (if I had not been in the room, they could have just moved in), and the next day my key card not working. To their credit this was all fixed quickly once I called the staff member and they were professional and apologetic about it, which I appreciated. In-room amenities could be better - Bedsheet did not really fit the sofa bed; the kitchen could benefit from having a cooking spatula, cutting board and kettle; dishwashing liquid and sponges could have been provided in addition to hand soap in the bathroom. Musty smell in the room even with windows opened daily for ventilation (had to get air freshener after a while)

Трішки грязно, але терпимо. Є кілька незначних поломок: ручка двері ванної кімнати, сифон в раковині в ванній забитий, змішувач погано закріплений
