SOME STAFF OK. BED OK. ABLE TO PARK UP. ABLE TO SIT OUT AT THE REAR, HOWEVER ASHTRAYS NEVER CLEANED. IDEAL LOCATION FOR BEACH AND SEA.

EVERYTHING. HANDLE FELL OFF CABINET DRAWER HAIR DRIER INOP. SHAVERS LIGHT INOP. REMOTE NOT ABLE TO SWITCH OFF, HAD TO DISCONNECT AT THE PLUG. NO CHAIR. 2 SMALL TOWELS ONLY, NOT CHANGED 2ND DAY. USELESS GOOD JOB WE BROUGHT OUR OWN. WINDOW OPPOSITE FULL OF STUFFED BEDDING? ALL GOING MILDEW. NOT AS MANY BREAKFAST ESTABLISHMENTS.

Close to the seafront. The room was a bit small but adequate. Lift available to upper floors.

Quite a long walk from the town centre. It felt a bit cramped, especially the bathroom facilities.

"Was nice place to use ad a base. Room was very small, but clean."

Was cheap and what we expected. Nice and close to the beach and arcades. Room was fine for what it was, we only used it as a base. Parking was easy and free.

Was a bit tatty, toilet blocked temporarily and dirty cloth left in the shower. But wasn't gross- was clean enough.

"Overall good staff, relaxing stay, clean room"

Fridge was ok though it was little noisy but was working. Microwave ok and tv good. Good staff and lovely lift.

Not a huge lot to say but shame warm water takes a bit of time to warm up. Little difficult to fill water in the kettle via the sink but there are ways round it.
