It’s unclean noisy and uncared for

It will never be somewhere we stay again not welcoming

Location was great,staff were helpful

Convenient, and nice looking rooms. Tea and coffee with a kettle provided. Opposite Sealife and arcades great location. Easy parking. Good price.

The bathroom was awful. Very small. Couldn’t shut the door easily. The shower doors didn’t close . Floor was sinking down in bathroom. No restaurant or coffee shop meant no breakfast and can’t just grab room service etc

Great price! Good location along the seafront. Free car parking (spaces permitting).

Room was small but adequate for sleeping and basic tasks on a short term basis.

After reading reviews I was bit apprehensive due to travelling alone (female) with 2 babies 3 year old & 20 month old. Nothing to worry about! Location great! Literally right next to everything! Easy free parking. Staff were great, couldn’t get buggy in lift as too big so they gave me room on ground floor straight away so I wouldn’t struggle going up & down stairs. Room was just as expected after a cheap getaway wasn’t expecting much but exceeded expectations! Beds clean could move them together. The staff came and fitted hairdryer straight away no problems at all. Shampoo & body wash in little bottles. Towels provided.

There was no bath so travelling with young kids having to stand in shower but I totally get it was last minute room change so couldn’t be helped! No plug in sink so take a container to wash bottles for babies. The corridors are narrow so if you have big buggy it won’t fit also lift small but it’s an old beautiful building nothing can be done about that just be mindful if travelling with big buggy might be a squeeze. Yes the hotel probably needs a bit of TLC but seriously you’re paying hardly anything to other hotels around this area! You use the room as a base sleep & shower etc then it’s great location but if you plan to spend all your time in your room looking at decor etc then not hotel for you get what you pay for!
