The house has all the facilities we needed it for the purpose of our trip. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, the location was excellent for us as we needed to be in the area of Beverly Hills. I think the pictures don’t do justice to what the house actually looks like.
Everything was good. Bathroom is a bit old but we did not mind. Also there is a laundrette round the corner to wash your clothes if you need to.

Quaint home in very residential neighborhood. Roomy, comfortable, and well appointed. Fantastic amenities with TV, appliances, and back porch (Unfortunately none of which I was able to take advantage of). And the basics I needed, wi-fi, easy access locking, and towels.

Location is convenient and mostly quiet. I saved money by preparing my own food.
Mattresses a little lumpy. Back porch screened enclosure had cigarette butts on the floor and it appeared to have not been cleaned in a bit. I saw and disposed of two German roaches and one palmetto bug.

It was cozy and quiet.
A washer and dryer would have been convenient. Early check in is not an option. You just get suggested to rent for another day which seems pretty extreme. If you misplace one towel or wash cloth it will cost you $30.

The tv situation. We prefer a tv in the living area and not crazy about streaming services.
