The house is spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary utensils for your stay. The best part is the patio right on the beach.

While the outdoor space is lovely, it’s not enough on its own. Unfortunately, the mattresses were extremely firm, and in the single beds, the springs were very noticeable, which made it difficult for my family and me to get proper rest during our stay. The Wi-Fi is outdated and not very reliable — this can be a real inconvenience, especially for guests coming from abroad. A note for pet owners: although the listing mentioned that pet fees were included, I was charged an additional 20 euros. I had also informed the host in advance about bringing our dog, and no extra fee had been communicated at that time.

Tout. L’emplacement sur la plage, l’aménagement de la maison et notamment la terrasse. Le calme total. Le vue sur la mer. Les équipements. Et un point très important : l’accueil. Demetra et les personnes qui l’accompagnent ont été charmantes, souriantes, généreuses dans l’accueil (biscuits grecs, gros plateau de fruits, bouteilles d’eau fraîches, capsules de café ….) et Demetra nous a été d’une grande aide lorsque nous sommes tombés en panne de voiture. Bref, on recommande à 100% (sans doute notre meilleur expérience en Grèce et ça fait 18 ans qu’on vient!)

1. Location near the beach is simply stunning! All you need for quite family holiday by the sea. 2. Terrace - tastefully decorated, newly painted, comfortable 3. Hosts - very good communication, amazing Greek hospitality oveall 4. Beach chairs and umbrella - good for sunbathing 5. Hosts provided detergents, washing poweder and everything - very handy! 6. Coffee maker 6. Air con in every room . Katakolon is a 10 min drive away or 1 - 1,5 hour of walking along the beach :) Overall I would recommend this beach house for a family stay.

1. Mattress in the masterbedroom was the hardest (IMHO - for me was impossible, as I have a condition). 2. Levels of rooms are different 3. Low doorframes in kitchen and masterbedroom - that is no joke, as my 190cm husband broke his head to the blood level twice 4. The is a man that enters to water the trees in garden without advance notice

The house and location were amazing. Beautiful view by the sea side listening to the waves, what more could one ask for. Great for a family or group of 4. Very clean with all accomodations and air conditioning. The hosts were welcoming and the house was perfect. I give it a 10 out 10 worth every penny.

The perfect house on the beach. A paradise place to relax. Theoni is a very kind, helpful and hospitable person. Everything was amazing and magical.

This place is amaizing!!!, just on the beach you wake up open the gate and there you are swiming, beach is sandy clean water are clear as crystal, AAA. House is brilliant with AC in all rooms equipted kitchen wifi and all you need. Hostess are lovely, welcomed us with home made coockies... Can't ask for more.

Nothing not to like... Its just perfect
