The apartment is in a convenient location.

Understanding the instructions to get in was complicated, was going to suggest a better one but after the stay i will not be bothering. The heating was woefully inadequate resulting in a very cold experience although the heaters (when finally understood how to turn them on) would only stay on for a maximum of 4 hours then you have to reset them. Zero degrees outside Smells of damp with evidence of such on the walls. Many of the windows were very drafty making the situation worse. Car park is not secure because the permanantly open door wouldnt work. So wasted the £10 each per night for 2 cars, 2 nights (£40) Might as well have parked in the station car park £4.95 for 24 hrs each vehicle which is just up the road as it has camera surveillance. Generally in need of updating.

We liked that it was located in the town, it’s a big spacious apartment, with 2 bathrooms, one with bath & shower which is ideal for 2 families, nice terrace,

I think when booking any apt or hotel rooms there should always be tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided, especially when your staying in an apartment, for you are not going to buy big jar of coffee or pack of tea bags, big milk and pack of sugar!! We would definitely stay again, and hopefully you start to do a small welcome pack, it’s just offering that little extra, especially with it being a nice apartment I would expect to receive these bear essentials.

Location was great, very close to lord street and a sainsbury. Apartment was very big and comfortable, extremely high ceilings and no. 17 had an enormous balconey

I didn't pay £10 day for underground parking instead I parked on the street, however I did have to go quite a distance to get out of the controlled parking area

Location, just a short walk to main shopping area & beach. Clean facilites & comfy beds.

dining chairs were worn, some bulbs were missing from the lamps. The Wifi & the kettle did not work

Contact with owners quick and , helpful. Location great with parking extra £10 reasonable. Even bigger and nicer than pictures show. Bathroom ensuite to each bedroom. Secure and private. Massive balcony and seating. Keyyy safe and front door entry code made it convenient for 2.couples to manage with one set of keys. Very well stocked with crockery and glasses etc.Will happily return.

Just to be aware --Whilst there is a lift there is still a need to use a few stairs and steps.
