Hôtel St Sernin

We want to thank you for a wonderful reception. From the moment we stepped through the hotel doors the staff wrapped us in care — anticipating every detail and fulfilling every request to make our stay truly comfortable. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance of all the main historic sights, and the view from our window of the Basilica of Saint‑Sernin was simply lovely. Two days were not enough to enjoy Toulouse — we will definitely be back.

L'emplacement et la décoration de la chambre

L'absence de prestations : pas de réfrigérateur alors que c'était déjà la canicule , pas de machine à café, pas de petit déjeuner du fait de l'absence d'un salarié. J'avais demandé expressément une chambre avec vue sur St Sernin et donc payé un supplément. On m'a donné une chambre au 1er étage au dessus d'un restaurant ( un peu bruyant) avec vue sur un arbre qui masquait totalement St Sernin. Enfin, chambre très petite, sans fauteuil confortable.

SUPER POUR LA PLACE DE PARKING

The hotel receptionist was exceptional! He was very welcoming and gave us personal attention and help. He allowed us to drop our bags early and gave us great restaurant recommendations. I feel that he went above and beyond expectations with the way that he helped us order a taxi for our return to the airport. First class service and very patient with us! Thank you so much!

Good location. Host was very helpful.

The bathroom door could not be opened fully as it hit the bed. The shower area was a bit dirty. The room was pretty noisy. Breakfast was an extra 15 euros.
