Very spacious and good location!

Having a restaurant right in front can be a bit tricky. But if you don’t mind a bit of noise at your window, should be fine

Large apartment, well equipped

NOISY!!!! The restaurant in the same stairwell was very noisy until 11, then there were men cleaning or something that yelled at each other until 3am. The lights of the restaurant were on all night and the window coverings didn't block it well. Trash was piled up outside the door in the stairwell. The stairs were amazingly steep.

Excellent accomodation

It is in the perfect location for exploring Bath, it was very clean, the bathroom could do with renovation but it’s a very old building so you can’t expect everything new. It is a very spacious apartment with everything you need including plenty of coffee pods, tea and milk. There is a restaurant right outside the window, it didn’t really bother us or our 13year old son much, we expect noise on a city break but it can be difficult to sit and watch tv in the evening. We personally were warm enough, even with the bedroom radiator not working, we opened the doors to circulate heat. We found the YouTube videos useful! My son thoroughly enjoyed his birthday staying here and the host was helpful when our train was cancelled.

Noisy restaurant, ancient bathroom.

Great location! Communication with host was great! Easy check-in and check out. Liked having a kitchen too!

Spacious appartment in a great location, plus next to great spanish restaurant.

A issue with one radiator, which is being addressed and bathroom sink was slow to drain, a minor issue

Well situated in the centre of Bath opposite the Parade Gardens, and a short walk from the Train station. Large Kitchen well supplied with pans, cooking utensils and cutlery. However no Toaster, or containers that could be used in the Microwave. There was however a coffee machine with a large selection of coffee pods provided. Liam, the Host came down promptly to deal with an issue that we had.

This is a Basement flat and it should be stated on the property information. The apartment is adjacent to a Restaurant/Bar which is open very late (the early hours of the morning) and their outside/smoking area is directly outside the Living room and Bedroom of the property. It was a Friday and Saturday, so there was a lot of noise some of it quite unpleasant. This may be okay if you are a heavy sleeper, but it is far from ideal. The Bed is King size, but we found that the Duvet is only a Double! Very disappointed with our stay and definitely overpriced with these shortcomings.

The location was excellent, in full center and very close to bus and train station. We had everything we needed to prepare breakfast at the apartment. And the instructions about the use of devices were very clear.

Heating was not enough and the radiator in the bedroom did not work. The noise from the restaurant was annoying at night, as well as the noise of the bathroom fan.There were no containers to heat food in the microwave. The cleanliness was very much improved and the wiews of the alley were not pleasant.
