Spacious room

: My wife had a medical emergency during our stay, but there was no trained staff, no emergency assistance, and no transport available. This is a serious failure of guest safety and basic duty of care. Immediate action is needed to prevent such negligence in the future.

Warm and courteous staff Spacious accommodation Proper swimming pool

Not the cleanest interiors Clearly no regular maintenance.. The fan regulator switch was broken AC was in need of maintenance and was not cooling properly Fittings were looking very worn out. Not value for money (by Sri Lankan standards.. Ie any of the previous stays in this trip) Was overall a tad disappointed because of the hyped rating on Booking.com else i would have been okay with it
