Booking. Com took our money. However this is a scam. The property does not exist. We now have to try to get our money back

This appears to be a scam. There is no such place. Do not book.

Wish I could say something nice but due to the dirt, smells, broken furniture everywhere, broken bench, cables and splatters on the wall, it was so unsafe for our very young children that we needed to vacate immediately. Also note: there is no Netflix here. You have to buy your own subscription.

The owner refused to fully refund us despite us leaving and not actually fulfilling our stay. Booking.com sided with them because they clearly don’t care about the quality of properties they list on their site. We got a measly 20% back despite leaving within a few hours of arriving. Disgusting.

Hard to say, messaged 3 days beforehand to ask about early check in and no reply, messaged again the day before we were due as we’d had no joining instructions, no reply. Phoned before leaving 1100 Saturday morning to be told that Booking.com should have told us it was no longer available due to a recent burglary. Was offered another property in Loughborough!! Booked in elsewhere then as 1530 I was texted and offered a different property 5 mins from the original property but I’d have to pay £100 deposit after having already paid £240 for the original. All very suspect and I’ve alerted Booking.com to this, really poor.
