Water is bad Electrical issues should improve

Absolutely nothing. It is a pathetic place.

I recently stayed at this hotel that promised an amazing experience, but unfortunately, my stay was a disaster. From the onset, the room was not what was advertised, and it was lacking in basic amenities. The air conditioning was not working, and the bathroom was absolutely filthy, plumbing system was all boken. Despite several complaints to the management, my issues were never resolved, and I was left with an uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I was there with my two sons, and had to leave the hotel Ina day. There is no in-house restaurant, as they say we are under renovation. No kettle, no towels, no soaps. The ground water was dirty, forget brushing. The staff was unresponsive and unwilling to help. They spoke a different language, which made communication difficult, and they seemed to be unconcerned about my negative experience. I tried to escalate my complaints to the management, but they were not interested in rectifying the situation. To add insult to injury, the hotel had a no-refund policy, even though they failed to provide the services they advertised. It was frustrating to think that I wasted my money on a terrible experience. I had to hunt for another hotel in the heat when I thought o could have a decent stay. The hotel shouldn't have taken bookings if they were under renovation. I would like no one to book, if you feel inviting pls check the above and only then book.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, and the hotel had a nice ambiance.

Supply water in washroom was stinking and yellowish ik color.. i got infection due to that water..shampoo and bodywash was expired date and I’ve checked with the room service all the products including soap was expired dated
