After booking the host demands a deposit outside booking.com before they will give you the door code to the listing. After contacting the host many times since the end of my stay to collect my deposit they have been dodgy continuing to say they "will look into it" but then I don't hear back. I finally sent them a return request through Paypal where I paid this deposit and they just canceled the request. Apparently, they always intended to rip me off. After at least five attempts in the last two weeks to contact them for my deposit they have given no reason they should keep it. They are just keeping it. THIS LISTING IS A SCAM!! DON'T GET ROBBED BY THESE PEOPLE!!

There was sewer gas leaking into the apartment from the kitchen sink. In addition to being toxic, the smell was rancid. To make matters worse, all the windows but one were painted shut - a city code violation that makes me wonder what other building codes were being neglected. As a result, fresh air couldn't be vented in. We had to leave the apartment after one night of an eight night stay. Even after almost two weeks, management has failed to address these issues and failed to provide the requested refund. Management also failed to respond to Booking.com's attempts to contact the property concerning this issue. AVOID THIS PROPERTY!!!

Nothing this property was misrepresented! There is no fireplace it’s a wall heater literally, there is no desk, when I asked about desk she said the tenant use the one outside which there isn’t one, which was hard for me to work, there is no washer dryer in the unit, it’s a small little run down shack in the back with a washer and dryer for the whole unit!

Theyre rude, i requested downstairs unit, they gave me upstairs unit, i was 4 days post op from having a masectomy (my boob chopped off from breast cancer) plus a broken leg, i walked in the unit for less than 5 mins i couldnt carry all my luggage up so i called it took about an hour to contact anyone then they said they did have a downstairs unit however i would have to book that one too because i walked in the unit before check in which i also requested early check in! So they had the space to accommodate me but they wouldnt because i wouldnt book it! My bookings were booked on a non-refundable site so I would have been out of 190.00. So from 1pm-3pm i sat outside the unit 5 days post op from having one boob! Open wounds i had to clean! I had all my luggage sitting outside with my chest wrapped up on one leg because i wouldnt book another unit because i didn’t have the money because ive been going through chemo fighting breast cancer and had to quit my job! I flew to texas alone to have this surgery so i didnt even have anyone to call to hang out until 3pm! Also it says it has a sleeper couch THATS ALSO A LIE!!

this was a cute cozy stay. The location is in the middle of everything so traveling isn’t a hassle. it was very clean . The only thing was the black heater on the wall i couldn’t get to light but there is a AC/heat unit in the window that works fine so i just used that.

I chose this stay based on the location, which is excellent, situated in the middle of a very quaint neighborhood in walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops.

I don't feel this apartment should be advertised as a place that comfortably sleeps 4, or as a 2 bed accommodation, as the couch pull-out is small and barely suited for one, not to mention extremely uncomfortable. As a result, myself, the third person, had to find a different place to stay for a comfortable nights rest. The windows are also very thin and the house situated on a busier street so noise was a bit of an issue.
