Все отлично! Единственное, что объект подходит для полного комфорта для путешественников, которые приезжают на отдых на своем транспорте. Иначе нужно иметь много здоровья, чтобы посещать пляжи и центр Кавалы пешком ;). Дом расположен высоко от моря. Но есть отличный и недорогой вариант, добираться обратно в дом - на такси!

Excellent choice for staying in Kavala. Large innovated penthouse with beautiful view of bay and town. Very nice host. Apartment is very friendly for families. Location is about 10-15 minutes walk from the castle. Overall we are very happy we stayed in this place - highly recommended

The location is great – just 7–8 minutes by car to the center of Kavala. The house is beautifully designed with stylish details, and everything you might need has been thoughtfully provided. It’s very spacious, easily accommodating 4 to 6 people very comfortably. The large living room is beautifully decorated and opens onto a big balcony with a stunning view over Kavala Bay – you can even see it from bed in the morning! One thing we really loved was the fresh, clean air thanks to the green, wooded surroundings. Even in July, we could sleep with the windows open and enjoy the cool, high-quality air. All the windows have full insect screens, so it was perfectly comfortable. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and spotless, with every detail considered – multiple types of coffee and tea with the appropriate machines, plenty of dishes, cutlery, and glasses. There’s even a washing machine with detergent and softener provided. The bedrooms are very comfortable, with clean, fresh beds, lots of storage and outlets. The bathrooms are well stocked with anything you might need, including a double sink. The internet is excellent throughout the house. There’s ample dining space both inside and out, with three tables and 12 chairs in total. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always checking if we needed anything, welcoming us personally, and even helping with our luggage. Overall, it’s a truly perfect place to stay – highly recommended!

The only thing to be aware of is that the road up to the house is a bit winding and has steep, narrow sections. Driving requires some caution, especially for less experienced drivers. Parking is also in a relatively tight space at the end of narrow streets.

The owners are great, the location ia fabulos, the view is spectacular. Too bad for us to stay just for 1 night…

Amazing Stay with Wonderful Hosts! We recently spent a night at this beautiful home, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The views were incredible, and the house itself was wonderfully designed. We especially loved the huge balcony, which was perfect for enjoying the scenery. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Upstairs, both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also very large and well-appointed, with everything we needed. A huge thank you to our hosts, Niki and Dennis, who were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made our visit even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property!

We have spent here only one night with my family, wanted to visit Philippi. The apartment is on the very top of the city in Kavala, with car you can reach it in 10-15 min from the city center. If you want a calm place in a vibrant and colorful city this apartment is a great choice.

The host was very kind and attentive, and the house was impeccably clean, practical and spacious. Wonderful view from balconies. Was a great choice.

Pretty much everything. Beautiful two bedroom property, exceptionally clean, nicely designed, great view. You have everything you need in the apartment / house.
